Kalafina is a Japanese band made up of Wakano, Keiko and Hikaru. It was formed by the composer Yuki Kajiura with the sole purpose of performing the music to the anime Kara no Kyokai. The singers (all female) were chosen by audition. They all have exceptional voices.

So far Kalafina have had only one album, Seventh Heaven. The rest of their releases have been singles.

シリアル⇔NUMBER (Serial Number) are an Oshare Kei band formed in 2005. As most Oshare kei bands they have a light, cheerful sound and are quite colorful. They originally began playing with another bassist, Tama, but he left the band soon after. About a year after their formation, they were joined by Hibiki as the new bassist.

Earlier in 2009, their guitarist Kazune left, so they are now a 4-member band.

Serial Number have had a number of releases, including a full-length album.

[JDrama] Hanayome wa Yakudoshi



This year is the yakudoshi, or "unlucky year" for 32-year old Akiko (Shinohara Ryoko), a television announcer. She lost her position in a news program to a rookie announcer.
